I have worked on the following CRM solutions:
Inspired from the Salesforce ecosystem, I spearheaded the implementation and delivery of an in-house CRM for a Delhi based start-up. This CRM was labelled KAM - Key Account Management - the solution was designed for the Sales and Support team to manage the end-to-end client journey. The KAM app supported the entire process- from Sales to implementation to post Go-Live support.
At London Business School- I have had the opportunity to work in the trenches with the Recruitment & Admissions team. I have gained deep insights into the processes and the challenges faced by Degree Ed staff. I have reverse engineered the Microsoft CRM instance at LBS and have trained over 60 users in CRM best practices.
I can now speak multiple languages, depending on the target audience. While talking to Business users, I speak ‘Pain Points’ and while talking to the Devs/QA, I speak ‘Tickets’

What peaks my creativity
When I’m not thinking about tech, I’m probably baking batches of butter cookies or strolling across the city. I enjoy talking to people and coming up with unconventional ideas on making the world a simpler place.
